There have been 3 Judicial Reviews which have relevance to the Draft Neighbourhood Plan. These are:
- Judicial Review of the former Mendip District Council’s decision of September 2019 that the draft Neighbourhood Plan should proceed to Parish Referendum. This claim was dismissed by the High Court but allowed on Appeal to the Court of Appeal. Details are on this website here.
