A schedule of the Examiner’s modifications and subsequent amendments to the Examination version of the draft NP has been agreed with Somerset Council. The schedule can be seen here.

The Examiner’s Report has been published. The Examiner recommends that the Neighbourhood Plan as modified by his recommendations should proceed in due course to Referendum. The Report, which includes his recommendations, can be seen here.
10th April 2025
At its 9th April Meeting the PC resolved to accept the amendments proposed in the draft response to the Examiner’s “Additional Comments” with one modification. This was to replace “agrees” with “recognises” in the opening sentence. The version sent to the Examiner is here.
